Object Name Fire Wagon
Description Classie of first hand drawn fire wagon in Minneola, Ks. Red in color. Works like this: Soda is mixed with water in large tank at a rate of 1 1/2 lbs. to 2 1/2 gallons of wather. Sulpheria Acid is in glass container under the cap. The handle on top of tank is pulled , a hammer breaks the glass and releases the acid. The handle at the end of tank is used to stir the solution to keep pressure up. The pressured solution put out the fire.
